Skytel Communications Ltd.

SkyTel Communications Limited was founded in 2018 with the objective to create an advanced 5G Network throughout the Caribbean chain of islands.

Our entry into the Caribbean market is carefully planned out. We identified a strong consumer need for a new provider to provide a reliable and cost-effective mobile communications service. Presently there are only twomobile networks in the countries we are targeting, with Digicel and Flow currently operating in most markets in the Caribbean. Our opportunity centers on the ability to build a modern 4G LTE/5G all-digital mobile network that has superior internet speed and throughput and thus solve consumer frustration and dissatisfaction with slow speed. Thus, we are the first and foremost company providing 5G network across the Caribbean countries.

Consumers in the Caribbean have not been well served by current mobile networks, with prices considerably higher than those in the United States and other developed markets and with much slower internet speeds due to lagging deployment of high speed 4G LTE networks. At the same time, it should be noted that Caribbean consumers have a much greater reliance on the mobile phones for access to the internet. Whereas consumers in more developed markets rely principally on their computers for access to the internet, consumers in the Caribbean have very limited access to a fixed line internet connection and must rely on their smartphones for most of their access to internet and videos. This market environment is well suited for our business plan.

We plan to leverage our key advantages, including superior mobile network internet capacity, and flexible and highly efficient services to give customers a never before experience in reliable, stable, cost effective telecommunications services.
